Pacific Portfolio is hiring for a Portfolio Administrator. In this entry level position the candidate will be supporting the Pacific Portfolio Wealth Management and Institutional Teams. This role supports the reporting analysts and Senior Portfolio Administrators to deliver high touch client service.

Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and processing client onboarding firm paperwork
Execute firm tasks such as preparation of reports and general support
Build strong internal working relationships to ensure a cohesive client experience
Maintain CRM through updated contacts, documenting emails and other items as requested
Work closely with Director of WM Operations and Director of Institutional Operations in operational projects focusing on automation, efficiency, scalability of services, and risk controls
Perform assigned tasks related to the production and distribution of institutional clients’ investment statements and reports
Perform tasks related to manager searches and other activities as needed
Assist in preparation for client meetings for investment reviews, plan reviews, participant education/enrollment, updating plan documents, etc.
Oversee and participate in projects designed to improve efficiency and new product offering
Ensure on-time delivery, accuracy and consistency of data within information presented to clients
Preparation of presentations and educational materials for participants of clients’ retirement plans
Update and maintain the integrity of assigned databases
Manage past due invoice resolution with accounting to ensure proper and timely collections
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Enthusiastic, positive energy
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Base Salary + Bonus up to 15% of base salary
