Junior Client Service Administrator – Wealth Management

Pacific Portfolio is hiring for a Junior Client Service Administrator – Wealth Management whose primary role is to support the Pacific Portfolio Wealth Management and Office Operations Teams.
Responsibilities
Answer and redirecting incoming calls
Assist with incoming/outgoing mail distribution and processing
Other administrative duties: greeting clients, setting up conference rooms for client meetings
Assist in preparing and processing client onboarding firm paperwork
Execute firm tasks such as preparation of reports and general support
Bind, scan, file client related materials
Build strong internal working relationships to ensure a cohesive client experience
Maintain CRM through updated contacts, documenting emails and other items as requested
Work closely with Director of WM Operations in operational projects focusing on automation, efficiency, scalability of services, and risk controls
Participate in projects designed to improve efficiency and new product offering
Ensure on-time delivery, accuracy and consistency of data within information presented to clients
Update and maintain the integrity of assigned databases
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Client-centered focus
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic, positive energy demeanor and can-do attitude
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Base Salary + Bonus up to 15% of base salary.
