Senior Portfolio Administrator – Wealth Management

Pacific Portfolio is hiring for a Senior Portfolio Administrator – Wealth Management whose primary role is to support the Senior Advisor and the team by providing high quality white glove service. This position requires a broad understanding of client servicing in the financial arena to ensure top notch client support.

Focus

  • Participates in the retention of existing clients, including ongoing client service, administrative and operation functions for assigned clients

  • Supports business development efforts

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and maintain client accounts which includes completing client, custodian, and  firm paperwork 

  • Execute client and firm tasks, such as asset transfers, preparation of reports, and  general support of portfolio and investment strategies 

  • Ability to offer solutions, with custodian and advisor team, to client needs such as  standing instructions, complex registrations, death, beneficiaries, etc. 

  • Maintain contact with clients to provide or obtain updated information • Respond to administrative client queries 

  • Build strong internal working relationships to ensure a cohesive client experience • Maintain CRM through updated contacts, documenting emails and other items as  requested 

  • Work closely with Director of WM Operations in operational projects focusing on  automation, efficiency, scalability of services, and risk controls 

  • Other projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree  

  • Holds Series 65 or willing  

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial client service, RIA experience a plus • Ability to foster teamwork and motivate colleagues 

  • Client-centered focus  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Enthusiastic, positive energy demeanor 

  • Custodial experience with Charles Schwab a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Base Salary + Bonus up to 15% of base salary.
